MCK undertakes to treat your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act, 1993.

Collection of statistical and survey data
MCK may collect non-identifiable, statistical information regarding the pages you visit on our site. We may from time to time conduct Customer Surveys with regard to customer satisfaction, purchasing and demographics. Identifiable information is not requested. Surveys help us improve our service.

PRIVACY POLICY

MCK has endeavours to provide goods and services to the Customer while holding the Customer's personal information privately, confidentially and securely. MCK will not sell, or allow third parties access to your information without your approval.

Within the site, the Customer may also be asked to give personal information. MCK asks for information that is necessary to process orders and to enable MCK to fulfil its obligations under the Website Terms or any other agreement that MCK may have with the Customer. MCK will endeavour to ensure that the information the Customer provides is kept secure and confidential and is not released to a third party, except where MCK is required to do so by law or regulation. However, MCK will not be responsible for any breach of security caused by third parties and does not represent that the site is completely secure.
